He said: “We are proud to be the representatives of BJP as the whole world has appreciated the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi who has implemented various schemes for the welfare of the country.
Speaking on the occasion, Transport Minister Sriramulu expressed confidence that BJP would definitely win 13 to 14 seats in the Council polls.
Labour Minister Shivaram Hebbar said, it is a matter of pride that Yediyurappa started his tour from Uttara Kannada district.
All workers of the party would strive honestly to ensure the victory of the party candidates in the Council polls. On the other hand, Congress is struggling to finalise the list of able candidates for the Council polls, he criticised.
