Karwar: Suman D Pennekar has been appointed as the new Superintendent of Police of Uttara Kannada district.

The State Government issued an order in this regard on Saturday.

The 2013 batch, IPS officer Dr Suman was serving as Superintendent of Police of Mandya district.
