Mangaluru: Swimming Federation of India (SFI) will organise 17th master championship swimming competition from November 26 to 28.

“The competition will be organised at St Aloysius College swimming pool. All works initiated under smart city project in and around the college should be completed within 10 days,” said Deputy Commissioner Dr Rajendra K V. He was presiding over a preparatory meeting convened in DC hall in the city.

The DC directed officials to publicise the event on social media as athletes of national and international repute will participate in the event. All arrangements should be made to ensure success of the event.

State Swimming Pool Association President Gopal Hosur, Youth Empowerment and Sports Department Deputy Director Pradeep D’Souza among others were present.
