Mangaluru: An accident occurred between three vehicles near Jyothi Circle here on 27th January, Saturday. However, no life was lost.
The accident occurred at around 8:00 am Saturday morning, when a Kerala KSRTC bus, an Alto car and a tourist bus collided with each other.
According to sources, the driver of KSRTC bus applied sudden brakes in order to avoid hitting a person who was crossing the road and hence the car which was right behind it, rammed into the bus. Similarly, the tourist bus hit the car from behind.
Due to the accident, the traffic was affected for around 20 minute before the traffic police cleared the road. Luckily, there were no casualties from the accident.
A case has been registered at Kadri police station.
