Mangaluru: A bridge collapse during slab construction work resulted in injuries to three out of the 12 laborers on Monday at Jeppu, Mangaluru.

A Mumbai-based firm has contributed Rs 50 crores for the construction project, which involves taking over the works contract. 

Construction work at the site has been underway for the past six months.
