Kumta: "Vinod Prabhu in the BJP is the major reason for the party's defeat since 20 years. The party will face more defeats in the constituency until he is in BJP", alleged BJP rebel candidate of Kumta-Honnavar constituency Suraj Naik Soni.

Speaking to the presspersons here on Thursday, Suraj further said that BJP candidate Dinakar Shetty don't even know the theory of BJP. Denial of the ticket for the base  BJP members is really a disappointing thing. However, most of the BJP members are supporting me.

"Development is not possible from Shetty families, who have ruled the constituency since 20 years. My win in the upcoming Karnataka assembly elections is guaranteed Kumta-Honnavar constituency", he noted.
