Bhatkal: The Department of Electronics and Communication engineering of Anjuman Institute of Technology & Management (AITM) under the aeigis of 'Technovate' will be organizing a two-day workshop on "Computer Network Simulation Using NS2" at college seminar hall on 11th and 12th of March here in AITM Bhatkal from 9 am to 5 pm.

About the workshop, the aim is to familiarize the participants with the state of the art simulators and major components of NS2. Introduction to writing, building and running a simple point-to-point network script will be elaborated in the session. Some more complex topologies including wired and wireless networks will be simulated. Tracing, debugging and result analysis will also be the part of the workshop.

The organizers have informed that the registration fees for this workshop will be Rs. 300 for outside candidates. The last date for registration is on 10th March, Saturday.
