Kumta: A significant youngster's organization, Al-Shabab Youth Committee organized a mutual get-together of Muslim organizations of Kumta. The program was held at the function hall of Madrasa-e-Muhammadia here at Kumta on 13th October, Thursday soon after Magrib namaz.

The program began with the recitation of versus from the Holy Quran by Maulana Minnatullah Qasmi followed by the naat which was sung by Muhammad Wasid Shaikh.

The program was presided by Kumta Jamat-Ul Muslimeen president Muhammad Shafi Shaikh, who was also the chief guest of the program.

Speaking to people, Mr. Shafi initially thanked Almighty Allah for re-electing him as a president of Kumta Jamat-Ul Muslimeen and also thanked the members of Al-Shabab Committee for organizing this wonderful event for youngsters.

President of Kumta Muslim Association, Muhammad Akbar Mulla in his speech encouraged the youths of Kumta and also extended his will to support the youths for the developmental activities of community.

Muhammad Mohsin Quazi, Vice-president of Kumta Jamat ul Muslim and Gen. Secretary of North Kanara Muslim United forum, addressed the gathering, reminding  the audience about the foundation dates of Kumta Muslim association and also brought forward some of the names who struggled in creating that association.

Maulana Minnatullah Qasmi, Imam and Khateeb of Kumta Juma masjid encouraged and wished the newly elected representatives of Intezamia committee to move their community based service peacefully.

Leaders of Al Ehsan welfare trust Kumta and Ideal education society also delivered their speech enlightening the importance and the role of youths in community development programs.

On the occasion, Kumta Jamat-Ul Muslimeen Gen secretary Abdur Razzak, President of Al-Ehsan welfare trust Janab Basti Abdul Malik Saheb, Trustee of Ideal education society Ibrahim Saheb, Gen secretary of Ideal education society Abdullah Shaikh, Al-Shabab youth committee leading member Mehtab Ali Ismail and Iftiqar Shaikh were present on the dias.

Welcome speech was delivered by Sajjad Qazi. The program was compered over by Riyaz Ali Khan and finally concluded with the Arabic supplications from Maulana Minnatullah Qasmi.
