Bhatkal: The students of Vidya Bharati English Medium School, Bhatkal, were full of energy and enthusiasm as they celebrated their Annual Day on  Saturday, 22 December 2018 here at Kamalavati & Ramanath Shanbhag Hall.

The Chief Guest for the occasion was M R Munji, Block Education Officer, Bhatkal and the Guest of Honour was Rajesh Nayak, Trustee Manager and Nagesh Bhat, Trustee Administrator of Bhatkal Education Trust.

The gathering was presided by Bhatkal Education Trust President Dr. Suresh Nayak.

One big award was Best outgoing student, which was awarded to Akshay Nair with gold medal.

Meritorious students were also felicitated at the event. 

Program began with prayer by Harish Hebebar, Partha Pai and group, Welcome by  teacher Asha HG, annual report was presented by Headmistress Roopa Kharvi, prize distribution was announced by   Catherine Lemma and vote of thanks by Tasmiya Naaz.

The day concluded with a mix of dance, drama and music performances.
