Karwar: Articles have been invited which will be published in the souvenir to be brought out during the Karavali Utsav to be held in Karwar from December 8 to 10.

People interested have to send quality articles highlighting the past, present and future of social, cultural and tourism aspects of Uttara Kannada district. The articles must be sent on A4 size sheets (not exceeding two sheets) and the word count must not exceed 500. Those e-mailing the articles in Kannada have to use ‘Nudi’ font while typing the articles. Articles can be written in English also. The articles should not have published in any publication. Photographs relevant to the article and also a passport size photograph of the author must be sent along with the article.

The Karavali Utsav Publicity & Souvenir Committee headed by Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Mohammed Roshan will review and finalise the articles to will be published. November 21 is the last date to send the articles and the decision of the Karavali Utsav Publicity & Souvenir Committee will be final.
