Bhatkal: Ashita Naik, a student of Shree Guru Sudhindra College in Bhatkal, has won the prestigious ‘University Blue’ in the university-level cross country competition organised by Karnatak University Dharwad.
With this achievement, she will represent the South India Zone at the Inter-University competition to be held at Mangalore University.
Ashita is the daughter of Bharati Naik and Venkatesh Naik of Bhatkal.
The management board of Bhatkal Education Trust, the Principal, lecturers, physical education instructors, staff members, parents and students have expressed happiness over her achievement and congratulated her.
