Bhatkal: Students of Ali Public Pre-University College, Bhatkal, secured the first, second and fourth positions in the district-level quiz competition held as part of the “End the Cancer 2026” initiative at Dr A. V. Baliga College of Arts and Science, Kumta.
According to a press release issued by the college principal, the district-level finale was organised in coordination with the District Health and Family Welfare Office, Uttara Kannada, with students from various institutions across the district participating in the competition.
The first position was secured by Aysha, D/o Mohammed Faique Udyawar, and Sara Shazeen, D/o Abdul Basit Barmawar.
Aysha Hira, D/o Mohammed Ismail Tonse, and Umme Salmah, D/o Mohammed Uzair Rukunuddin, secured the second position. Fatima Samha, D/o Abdul Aziz Akrami, and Fatima Tahani, D/o Mohammed Talha Ajaib, secured the fourth position.
The management and principal of Ali Public PU College congratulated the students on their performance and appreciated their hard work, confidence and team spirit.
