Bhatkal: An elderly man Lanku Maktau Marathi (62) has been reported missing since 23rd July, for which a missing case has been filed at the Murdeshwar police station. It is said that he was supposed to go to a temple in Venktapur, but didn't return home yet.

Lanku is a resident of Hadvalli village in Bhatkal. He is 5.5 feet in height, healthy, white hair with a French styled beard. He can speak Kannada as well as Marathi. His son Parshu Marati has informed the police that he had worn white lungi, blue shirt while leaving from home.
