Bhatkal: Demanding garbage disposal unit near Jamia Urdu school here in Heble gram panchayat limit, the members of Al Jamia Sports Center on Friday submitted a memorandum to panchayat president in this regard. They condemned the uncleanliness spread in the surroundings of school.

The memorandum stated that due to the filthy smell of garbage wastes in the surroundings of the school, the students are unable to concentrate on their classes. This may badly cause an effect on a student's health. Masjid and Madrasa too are located in the area, where people feel difficulties due to garbage wastes spread. People moving towards Jaali have to use only this route, where they too face difficulties due to filthy smell. They demanded the Heble panchayat president that Panchayat administration should look into this issue and fulfil all the demands as early as possible.

On this occasion members of the organization Suhail Muktesar, Sufiyan Daddi, Yaseen Kumtekar, Saleem Alji, Shahid Muktesar, Mudassir Mulla and others were present.

In the absence of Panchayat president, the memorandum was handed over to development officer Jayanti Naik.
