Bhatkal: The results of the essay writing competition which was organized by Majlis-e-Islah Wa Tanzeem, Bhatkal on topics relating to the Independence of our country at Anjuman Women’s College Bhatkal were announced on 21st August, Monday.
High School level:
On high school level, Rabia Rawa d\o Abu Muhammad Tonse from Anjuman Girls High School bagged the first place in Urdu essay writing competition, while Aysha Abdul Rab Khateeb from Anjuman Girls High school and Rabia Maliha from New Shams School won second place. Zainab d\o Syed Usman Barmawar from Naunihal Central School received third prize.
In English essay writing Competition, Hajira Rifa d\o Abdul Salam Ruknuddin from Anjuman Girls High school and Mariam Ishaqui of New Shams school won the first place, while second prize was bagged by Fathima Suha d\o Affan Sukka of Anjuman Girls High School and the third place was occupied by Jumana Afreen of Shams English Medium School.
Zainab d\o Mohammed Younus of Ali Public school bagged the first place in Kannada essay writing. Rahin Riba d\o Mohammed Iqbal Mohiddin from Naunihal Central School received the second prize and third prize was bagged by Fathima Sama d\o Mohammed Irfan Kamshi of Anjuman Girls High School.
PU level:
Naseema Banu d\o Amir Azim, Khateeja Tabassum d/o Mohammed Jafar Sadiq and Aysha d/o Mohammed Mushtaque from Al Kausar Girls College won the complimentary prizes for Urdu essay writing competition.
The prizes won by Degree College students are as follows:
English essay writing- Maryam Samreen Anjuman College (1st place) and Gul Mehek Kazia of Anjuman Institute of Management (Complimentary prize).
Kannada essay writing- Bibi Zohra from Anjuman College(1st place) and Sameera Malla from Anjuman Institute of Management(2nd place).
Urdu essay writing- Ayesha Aruj from Anjuman College(1st prize) and Saraf Qazi from Anjuman Institute of Management(2nd prize).
