Bhatkal: Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management will be hosting a campus recruitment program for the unemployed students of Uttara Kannada district. Around 25 companies are expected to participate in the event. This information was given by the principal of college, Dr Mushtaque Bhavikatte while addressing a press meet.
Companies like Infosys, Jindal steels & pro, HDFC bank, ICICI bank, Eureka Forbis and many others will be present for the advantage of students. Program will be held at Anjuman College campus and will run from morning 9am to evening 4pm. This campus recruitment will be beneficial to many students in the district and provide a chance for employment in various reputed companies. A crowd of 2500 students are expected to fill the vacancies. Along with BE and diploma students, MA, MCom, MSc, BA, Bcom, Bsc, BBA and even PUC students can attend the program, said the principal. Students need to pay an entry fee of RS 200 and can choose the companies according to their preference for the interview. The students are advised to carry their resume, 10 copies of their marks card and 10 passport size photos. Degree and final year marks card is must for the students of 2016 pass batch appearing for interview. Media conveyor Subramanya Bhagwat, student welfare officer Surfaraz Mirza Naik and vice principal Chandra were also present in the meeting.
