Dubai: BIFA Green emerged as the winner after defeating BIFA purple by 2-1 in the finals of BIFA football tournament that was played on 28th December, here at Scout Mission Auditorium. 

As many as ten hyper competitive league matches were played between five teams to determine the final contenders. After battling league matches, the top two teams that qualified for finals were BIFA Green and BIFA purple. 

The guests in the finals included Rahmatullah Rahi, Amjad Shabandri, Farooque Musba, Altaf Pathan, CA Zahid Ruknaddin, Altaf Kobatte, SM Syed Ishaq and Zia Jukaku.

BIFA branded Shawls were gifted to guests. The matches were professionally monitored by Hunain Shabandri with the help of two other line referee.

It shall be noted that a day earlier to the tournament, i.e on 27th December, the auctions for players were conducted.
