Byndoor: In a gruesome road accident, a traffic police constable was killed after his two-wheeler crashed with a parked truck on Byndoor NH66 in Udupi district. The mishap happened in the early hours of Thursday, when the constable was returning to his home after finishing the night duty of his service.

The deceased is identified as Nagesh Billawa, who was associated with Byndoor police station. 

He sustained severe head injuries in the mishap due to which much bleeding took place and resulted in his death. Sources said that Nagesh was married just five months ago.

Soon after the accident, Byndoor police rushed to the spot and conducted the necessary investigation. A case has been registered in Byndoor police station.
