A court here has sentenced a woman and her boyfriend to life imprisonment for murdering her husband in 2016.
The third additional district and sessions court Judge Basappa Balappa Jakati held the woman, Ashwini and her paramour Ananda Mera guilty of the crime and awarded the punishment in the verdict pronounced on Tuesday.

A total of 7,320 children, below 15 years, including 1,824 children below five years, were infected with Covid-19 during second wave in Dakshina Kannada district from March 1 till August 14.
