Chinese troops entered one kilometre into Indian territory and threatened shepherds grazing cattle in the Barahoti area of Uttarakhand's Chamoli district, officials said today. Stones were today thrown at the district committee office of the CPI-M's trade union wing CITU while a petrol bomb was hurled at the RSS district office in fresh incidents of violence in Kottayam town.
