    West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today slammed the Modi government for the decline in GDP growth and said her apprehensions about demonetisation had proven to be correct.     A 21-year-old sailor was found dead with bullet injuries onboard the Navy vessel INS Rana in Visakhapatnam today.
