    Rains continue in Kerala, Orange alert in 7 districts

     As heavy rains continued to lash several parts of Kerala, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday issued an Orange alert in seven districts of the state for the day. The IMD issued an Orange alert in the districts of Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur and Kasaragod for today. It also issued an Orange alert in Kannur and Kasaragod for Thursday.
