Karwar: Women & Children Development Department and Balbhavan Society have organised various competitions to children in the age group of nine to 16 years on November 25 at the Women & Children Development Department Hall in Karwar. The competitions have been organised to mark Karnataka Rajyotsava.

Competitions to be held are drawing, Kannada singing, rangoli and fancy dress. Interested students have to get any certificate as age proof and a photo. They have to be present at the venue at 9:00 am on that day. No travel allowance will be given to the participants.
