Dandeli: Dandeli police officials have arrested second accused in connection with the barbaric murder of senior advocate Ajit Nayak.

The accused Vinayak Karning has been arrested and presented before court, which handed sent him to police custody for further investigation on Saturday.

Land dispute:

Police sources informed DH that a land dispute in Moulangi the prime reasons behind his murder. While the police is looking at all other aspects of the case, their prime focus is now on the land dispute.

Prime suspect:

Vinayak is State secretary of ‘Bhim Army Bharat Ektha Mission’ and a resident Township in Dandeli.

Earlier, the police had arrested the prime suspect Panduranga Kamble in the case.
