Karwar: In the light of firing practice by the Karwar Naval Base officials at Karwar northern breakwater from 8 am to 6 pm on September 1 and 2, the fishermen have be warned not to venture into two nautical miles around the area in the sea, stated a release by naval officer K C Arun Babu.
