Karwar: An auto rickshaw driver, while driving had a sudden paralysis attack causing him to sustain serious injuries near Binaga at Karwar on 23rd August, Tuesday.

The injured victim has been identified as Pednekar, a Binaga based resident in Karwar. 

Sources say, the incident took place when the auto rickshaw was on the way towards Karwar city from Binaga, Pednekar suffered a paralysis attack which resulted in a road accident. Immediately, the injured driver was taken to district hospital for initial treatments and later on was shifted to Bambuli hospital in Goa for further treatments.
