Karwar: An unidentified body of a woman was found on a beach at Aligadda in the city on Saturday morning.

The woman seems to be 20-30 years old and the body was found floating near the shore. Fishermen informed the matter to the police.

The Karwar town police, which registered a case, said no one has claimed the body so far.
