Karwar: A 32-year old deputy forest guard, Mohan Rathode was killed on the spot when a bike he was riding got crushed by a KSRTC bus at Baragal on 28th August, Sunday. 

As per the sources, Mohan was employed as a deputy forest guard at Siddara. It is said that incident was reported while he was moving towards Siddara from Devalamakki. 

In this regard, a case has been registered in Mallapur police station limits.
