Ajman: DVS United on Sunday defeated Abu Dhabi Riders by seven wickets in first T20 Match of NGT Bhatkal Premier league at Ajman Oval Ground in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

After DVS United bowlers kept Abu Dhabi Riders  to 145, Mohammed Waseem Beary (49)  and Mohammed Areeb Gawai (42*) help the DVS to secure a win.

Waseem 49 runs in 40 balls, Mohammed Areeb Gawai 42 runs in 40 balls and Nauman Tahira 27 runs in 15 balls were other top scorers from the DVS United side.

Abu Rhabi Riders' bowlers Anas Mulla and Abdul basith claimed one wicket each.

Earlier, DVS United won the toss and choose bowl first.

Abu Dhabi Riders opener Mohammed Afzan was top scorer with 42 of 25 balls. DVS' Saif led the clinical show with a three-wicket haul, while Waseem Beary and Waqas claimed two wickets each.
