Karwar: Passport mela would be held in the deputy commissioner’s office in Karwar on September 17 and 18 and people are asked to make use of this. People cannot walk-in to the mela and register names. They have to log in on www.passportindia.gov.in and register their names. Even prescribed fees should be paid online. They can produce receipt at the mela and avail passport services.
