Bhatkal: The final-year students (6th semester) of Anjuman College for Women demonstrated outstanding performance in the BA, B.Sc, and B.Com examinations conducted by Akkamahadevi University, Vijayapura.

In a press release, the principal of Anjuman College for Women, Rayeesa Shaikh, reported that in the B.Com stream the college achieved a remarkable passing percentage of 96%. Out of the 76 students who appeared for the examination, 73 successfully passed, with 47 distinctions and 19 securing a first class. Nimra D/o Nadeem Ahmed Shabandri, secured the top position with 4077 marks out of 4200, attaining an impressive percentage of 97.07%.

In the B.A stream, the passing percentage was 89.7%, with 26 out of 29 students passing. Among them, 15 achieved distinctions, and 10 secured a first class. Nusianah, D/o Altaf Hussain Kobatte, secured the top position with 3546 marks out of 3900, achieving an impressive percentage of 90.92%.

In the B.Sc stream, the college achieved a passing percentage of 95.7%. Out of the 23 students who appeared for the examination, 22 passed, with 16 earning distinctions and 5 securing a first class. Maimunnisa D/o K Abdul Bari, secured the top position with 3686 marks out of 4100, achieving an impressive percentage of 89.90%.

President of Anjuman, Kazia Muzammil, General Secretary Siddique Ismail, College board Secretary Dr. Syed Saleem along with other office bearers, the principal, and the teaching staff, congratulated all the toppers and wished them continued success in the future.
