Bhatkal: A voting awareness campaign is being conducted across all taluks in the Uttara Kannada constituency to ensure maximum turnout in the Lok Sabha election scheduled for May 7. As part of this initiative, a voting signature campaign was held in Shirali on Monday.

The campaign, organized by the Taluka SWEEP Committee to promote voter awareness, was inaugurated by Bhatkal Assistant Commissioner Dr. Naina.

Bhatkal Tahsildar Nagaraj Naikad, along with other government officials including VD Moger, Rajesh Mahale and Nagraj, were present at the event.
