Mangaluru: A bike rider lost his life in a collision between a car and a bike at Madhwa in Bantwal on Thursday evening, where Sachin Gowda, a resident of Laila, succumbed to his injuries. 

The car was heading towards BC Road from Belthangady, while the bike rider was traveling towards Belthangady when the accident occurred. 

Despite being rushed to the hospital, the critically injured rider couldn't be saved.
