Kadaba: Scooter-Car Collision Claims One Life, Leaves Two Injured

Mangaluru: A collision between a scooter and a car near Kalara Mosque claimed the life of 13-year-old Bipin Rai, a pillion rider, while the rider and another pillion rider sustained injuries on Friday. 

Chandrashekhar Rai, the 42-year-old scooter rider, was traveling with his children when a car driven recklessly by Parameshwara Bhat collided with the scooter. The impact led to all three individuals falling onto the road. 

Bipin Rai succumbed to injuries during transport to the hospital, and Athmisi Rai is currently receiving medical care in a private hospital. Chandrashekhar Rai received first aid at Kadaba government hospital. 

A case has been filed at the Kadaba police station.
