Mangaluru: Ornaments worth Rs 15 lakh were stolen by thieves from a residence in Sullia.

The burglars managed to escape with 363.34 grams of gold ornaments, valued at Rs 15,13,391, from the residence located in Jattipalla. 

The affected property belongs to M Mohandas, who had left for his daughter's residence in Hassan along with his wife on October 9. Upon their return, they discovered that the entrance door was slightly ajar and the valuable ornaments were nowhere to be found.
