Three Arrested in Udupi for Attempting to Sell Ambergris Worth Over Rs 10 Lakh

Udupi: Three youth, namely Niranjan S (26), Milan Monish (27), and Pritvi Dominick (31), were arrested by the police in Byndoor on Thursday. They were caught attempting to sell a substance resembling Ambergris (commonly known as whale vomit) for a value exceeding Rs 10 lakh.

During the arrest, the authorities discovered that the youths were in possession of 3.910 kg of counterfeit Ambergris.

A case has been registered at the Byndoor police station.
