Udupi: A  second PU student, identified as 17-year-old Poojitha, reportedly took her own life by hanging in her house that was still under construction.

The police disclosed that she was grappling with emotional distress, yet she kept the reason to herself, refusing to share it with anyone. 

A case had been registered  Hebri police station.
