Udupi: A tragic incident unfolded as a 38-year-old man named Shivaraj lost his life after being run over by a truck while sleeping on the floor at a petrol bunk in Someshwara, Hebri. Another person, Mahendra, sustained injuries.

The unfortunate event occurred at 6 am on Friday. 

According to sources, the truck driver, Adithya, was unaware of their presence at the time of the accident.
