Mangaluru: The Puttur assistant commissioner has issued an externment notice to Dinesh Panjiga, the district joint convenor of Hindu Jagarna Vedike.

Dinesh Panjiga (37) residing in Panjiga near Shantigodu village in Puttur taluk, faces accusations of participating in riots and terrorizing innocent residents. A rowdy sheet has also been filed against him at the Puttur Town police station. 

The externment notice was served to Dinesh based on a report from the DK superintendent of police by the Assistant Commissioner.
