Mangaluru: Head Constable Manjunath Hegde (41) has gone missing since January 13, prompting concern among authorities. 

Hegde, a 15-year veteran in the Police Department, was recently transferred to the CCRB unit on OOD. 

His mobile phone has been switched off since the afternoon of January 13. 

Standing at 5 feet 6 inches with a wheatish complexion and round face, Hegde was last seen in a cream T-shirt and blue jeans. 

A missing person complaint has been lodged at the Kankanady police station.
