Mangaluru: A raid conducted by ACP Dhanya Nayak and her police team at Kotepura in Ullal uncovered an illicit gas refilling operation, resulting in the arrest of a 49-year-old man named Abdul Altaf. 

The authorities seized more than 50 gas cylinders and 280 liters of petrol from his possession. 

Abdul had been utilizing his residence, initially a scrap shop, as an unauthorized gas refilling unit.
