Bhatkal: Jawans of the Rapid Action Force (RAF) stationed at Hakimpet Rapid Action Force 99 Battalion, Hyderabad conducted a route march in various localities in Bhatkal on Thursday to get themselves familiarise with the taluk.

Senior police officials, who assisted the RAF men in the route march in localities, including Main road, Mohammed Ali Road, Hanuman temple, Sultan Street etc said that it was only a normal procedure by the security personnel to acclimatise themselves with the geography of the city. This would help them move in and discharge their duties in emergencies, they added.
