Karwar: To cater to the demand during Navaratri festival, Konkan Railway has started two special trains to run between Karwar and Bengaluru (Majestic).

KSR Bengaluru City Junction Express (Train No: 06523) will leave Bengaluru on October 5 and 7 at 6:50 pm and will reach Karwar at 5:30 pm the next day. 

In return journey, the train (Train No: 06524) will leave Karwar on October 6 and 8 at 6:05 pm and will reach Bengaluru at 4:05 pm the next day.

Both the trains will take the Jolarpete-Salem-Erode-Palghat-Shoranur-Mangaluru route, stated Konkan railways in a press release.
