Bhatkal: Around 97 accused were involved in the stone pelting incident at Bhatkal TMC office on 14th September based upon the FIR registered at the police station.
The names of various small and big leaders are also included in the complaint and they have been arrested.
For further arrests, the police are raiding the residence of the accused and places they might be in during night time.
According to the sources, many youths have left the town fearing arrest and are searching for ways to avoid getting arrested.
