Sirsi: In a disgusting incident, a youth was badly assaulted by a group of three people, that happened in Sahyadri colony here at Sirsi. As per the case filed by the victim Prathvi Narwekar,  a group of three people came in a car and surrounded him when he was on the way walking to his work. They had been wearing a punching weapon in their hand and started assaulting him, as a result, he received multiple injuries over his head and later fled the scene after throwing him in the nearby channel.

The accused mentioned in the complaint are Arun Naik, Ravi Tej Reddy, and Shrinivas Shetty. All residents of Unchalli. 

Sirsi police are investigating into the matter.
