Gokarna: The body of a 21-year-old tourist who had gone missing on Friday evening was found at Om Beach on Sunday.

The tourist identified as Rakesh Shivashankar Gowda from Bengaluru had accidentally fallen into the sea while clicking photos on his mobile phone standing on a slopy hill on way to the Half Moon beach here on Friday evening. He had fallen into the sea from a height of nearly 200 feet.

Police conducted a postmortem and handed over the body to the family.
