Bhatkal: 17 Municipal shops out of 21 auctioned successfully on Monday which was chaired by Assistant Commissioner Dr. Naina.

The auction, held at the municipal hall, was conducted under tight police security.

While applications were sought for all 21 shops, but for two shops, one application from each candidate was received, while no application was received for two shops, therefore, these four shops were not auctioned.

Municipal councillors Abdul Azeem Mandey, Abdul Rauf Naite, Imshad Mukhtasar, Chief Officer Neelkanth Mesta, Engineer Aravind, Municipal Officer Kiran, and others were present during auction.
