Advocate Syed Akmal Rizvi, a seasoned Karnataka High Court lawyer, was the keynote speaker. He discussed the practical implications of the newly enacted Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA), which have replaced the historic Indian Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, and Indian Evidence Act, respectively. Rizvi emphasized how these changes will impact people's daily lives.

Senior journalist and social activist Shivasundar also addressed the gathering, highlighting the media's role in shaping public opinion and fostering legal awareness.
