Mangaluru: In a heartbreaking incident that took place in Kannaje, Nada village, in the taluk, 1-year-and-11-month-old toddler Reyan D'Souza tragically lost his life on January 22.

The unfortunate event unfolded when the child accidentally slipped into the family farm pond while playing near it.
