Mangaluru: In a tragic incident at Summer Sand Beach, two youths from Chikkamagaluru lost their lives on Friday.

Bashir (23) and Salman (19), along with Saif Ali (27), went to the beach after an visiting at Ullal Dargah. Playing in the sea, they were caught by a wave. 

Local swimmers rescued Salman and Saifullah, rushing them to the hospital. Sadly, Bashir went missing, and efforts are underway to find his body. 

Despite medical treatment, Salman succumbed to his injuries. Saifullah has thankfully recovered. 

A case had been registered.
